§ 15.05.070 REVOCATION OF NATURAL GAS INFRASTRUCTURE EXEMPTION.
   At such time as the conditions of the revocable building and infrastructure exemption of § 15.05.060 cease to be satisfied, the natural gas delivery infrastructure shall either be capped, otherwise terminated, or removed by the entity previously entitled to the exemption, in a manner pursuant to all applicable codes.
