(A) There is included within the PD zone the following real property shown and designated upon the Assessor's books on file in the office of the County Assessor, County of Marin, State of California, on August 1, 1969, and more specifically designated as follows:

(B) Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary within this title, in case of any discrepancy between the designation of land on the official Town Zoning Map as lying within the PD zone and the designation of land as set forth in this section, the Zoning Map shall control.
