§ 8.44.130 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
   (A)   Each instance of smoking in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and continuing violation.
   (B)   Violations of this chapter are subject to a civil action brought by the Town of Fairfax, punishable by a civil fine not less than $100 and not exceeding $500 per violation.
