§ 6.12.090 PERMIT; REVOCATION.
   Any permit granted or issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revocable at any time by the Town Council upon a finding that the keeping of six cats or more over the age of eight months is or may become detrimental to the public health, safety or general welfare or may constitute a public or private nuisance.
