§ 1.12.010 EMISSION OF NOXIOUS FUMES OR ODORS.
   No person shall operate or maintain in the town any equipment or device, or store or process any raw or manufactured material or commodity in such a manner as to cause noxious fumes or odors to be emitted which are prejudicial to health or offensive to the senses, or so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property by a neighborhood or by any considerable number of persons.

§ 1.12.015 DEPOSITING WASTE ON ANY PARK OR OTHER PUBLIC PLACE.
   No person shall throw, discharge, deposit or leave, or cause, suffer or permit to be thrown, discharged, deposited or left, any litter, refuse or rubbish (as such terms are defined in § 8.12.010 of this Code), or any other waste matter whatsoever in or upon any park or any public place within the town except in waste receptacles designated for such purposes.

§ 1.12.020 DEPOSITING GLASS, NAILS, ETC., IN STREETS, ETC.
   No person shall scatter, deposit, place, leave or otherwise cause or permit the presence about any premises or public place in the town, or along the sidewalks, streets or alleys adjacent thereto, any glass, nails, tacks, or any other object, substance or material whose presence at such location might result in injury to any person.

§ 1.12.025 DISCHARGE OF POLLUTANTS.
   No person shall cause or permit any pollutant (as defined in § 8.32.010 of this Code), oil or any other petroleum matter to be discharged upon or to remain on the surface of any street, alley, or sidewalk in the town, or on any private or public property in the town, nor shall any person discharge or permit to be discharged any pollutant, oil or any other petroleum matter into a watercourse.

§ 1.12.030 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   No person shall willfully disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood or person in the town by emitting or causing to be emitted any loud or unusual noises, or by offensive conduct, or by threatening or challenging to fight or by fighting.

§ 1.12.035 OBSTRUCTION OF STREETS.
   No person shall obstruct the use of streets, alleys, sidewalks, roads, trails, public ways or places or buildings in the town by causing or permitting to be placed, erected or otherwise set in position any fence, barrier, or other obstruction protruding past the nearest property line adjoining the public sidewalk or public walkway, nor shall any person obstruct the flow of any creek, tributary or any other watercourse with any objects or materials that interfere with or redirect the natural course of the water, except pursuant to permits issued by appropriate regulatory agencies.

§ 1.12.040 ENCROACHMENTS.
   No person shall erect, maintain or construct any building or other structure, in whole or in part, on or upon any sidewalk, alley, street, lane, court, park or other public place which encroaches upon or obstructs in any manner the free and open use thereof, except pursuant to a permit therefore issued by the town.
