(A) The administrative fines for violations of this code, as specified in this chapter, shall be established by resolution of the Town Council; provided, however, that the amount of the fines shall not exceed the limits of Government Code Section 36901. The schedule of fines may include escalating fine amounts for repeated code violations within specific periods of time.
(B) Administrative fines not paid prior to their due date shall result in the imposition of a penalty and interest for every day of delinquency, as set forth by resolution.
