§ 1.10.080 ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS.
   When correction of a noticed violation is not effected within the time prescribed in the notice, an enforcement officer may issue an administrative citation to each and every responsible party previously notified of such violation(s). The administrative citation shall give notice of the administrative fines or penalties imposed pursuant to this chapter.
