For the purpose of this chapter, the enforcement officer may record with the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk/County Recorder a notice against a property that is the subject of an administrative enforcement action pending with the town. A notice of pending administrative action shall be on a form approved by the town manager and shall describe the nature of the administrative action and refer to the code provision governing the pending administrative action.
