For purposes of this chapter, the Town Manager and his or her designated enforcement officers shall have the power to issue notices of violation and field citations, inspect public and private property, and use whatever judicial and administrative remedies are available under this code or other law. More specific provisions regarding alternative administrative or other enforcement authority and procedures for particular violations may exist in this code; the town reserves the right to use any applicable enforcement mechanism in a particular situation.
