(A) Organizations exempted from the payment of the bank and corporation tax by Cal. Revenue and Taxation Code §§ 23701a, 23701b, 23701d, 23701e, 23701f, 23701g and 237011, and senior citizens’ organizations may apply to the town for a license to conduct bingo games in the town under the provisions of Cal. Penal Code § 326.5 and the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The receipts of the games conducted by any such organization shall be used only for charitable purposes.
