§ 5.28.030 PERMIT; APPLICATION; LIST OF PROPOSED LOCATIONS.
   Any person, before engaging in or continuing to engage in the business described in this chapter, shall file with the Town Council an application for a permit to engage in the business. The application shall be accompanied by a list of the locations of all billboards or bulletin boards erected or intended to be erected by the person.
