§ 5.24.040 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this Division I, or knowingly or intentionally mis- representing to any officer or employee of the town any material fact in procuring the license or permit herein provided for, is guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable pursuant to Chapter 1.08 of this code.
