§ 5.16.140 COMMERCIAL FILMING.
   (A)   The fees for commercial filming are to be fixed from time to time by resolution of the Council.
   (B)   Traffic control costs or any additional costs, as required by the Chief of Police, or any damages incurred to the town, shall be paid entirely by the applicant.
