(A) Every person or organization operating or carrying on public dances for which admission is charged, collected or received shall pay a license fee to be set by resolution of the Town Council, plus ten percent of gross receipts received.
(B) The above fee applies to every public dance held during the taxable year.
(C) (1) Any incidents requiring intervention of the Police Department will be sufficient cause to cancel dances and revoke licenses issued under this section.
(2) Any damage caused by the public dances shall be paid for by the person(s) operating or carrying on the public dances.
