(A) Every person conducting, managing or carrying on a business of distributing, renting, leasing or placing of coin machines for public patronage in the town shall pay an annual license base fee, plus an amount for each machine over one, at rates set by resolution of the Town Council.
(B) Payment of individual license fee is the responsibility of the owner or operator of the business where the machine is installed; provided, however, the distributor of machines may pay all individual license fees for all machines installed in the town, if prior arrangements are made with the Town Clerk.
(C) Each coin machine placed, distributed or located in the town shall have affixed thereto, in printing, plainly visible to the public, the name, address and telephone number of the owner of the machine.
