§ 5.16.100 MULTIPLE HOUSING.
   (A)   Every person owning, operating, leasing or otherwise in the business of multiple housing shall pay an annual business license fee as set by resolution of the Town Council.
   (B)   The unit occupied by the owner, in multiple residential units of less than five, is exempt from this provision.
