§ 5.16.090 DELIVERY VEHICLES; NO FIXED PLACE OF BUSINESS.
   Every person not having a fixed place of business within the town who delivers goods, wares or merchandise by vehicle, or who provides any services by the use of vehicles in the town, shall pay an annual license fee as set by resolution of the Town Council.
