§ 5.16.080 CANVASSERS, PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS.
   Any person who does not maintain a fixed place of business within the town, who conducts, carries on or manages a business of canvassing, peddling or soliciting, shall pay a business license fee per day or an annual fee to be set by resolution of the Town Council.
