(A) Every person conducting, carrying on or managing any of the following named professions, semi-professions or trade businesses from a fixed place of business within the town, and other businesses or persons not listed which are considered to be of a professional or semi-professional nature, shall pay an annual license fee for each person practicing his or her profession or trade. Such fee shall be set by resolution of the Town Council.
(B) Plus, he or she shall pay a fee per annum for each employee, also to be set by resolution of the Town Council.

(2) Appraiser;
(3) Architect;
(4) Attorney;
(5) Auctioneer;
(6) Bacteriologist;
(7) Broker;
(8) Chemist;
(9) Chiropodist;
(10) Chiropractor;
(11) Collection agency;
(12) Credit bureau;
(13) Auditor;
(14) Dentist;
(15) Detective agency;
(16) Draftsperson;
(17) Doctor;
(18) Employment agency;
(19) Engineer;
(20) Finance company;
(21) Geologist;
(22) Income tax expert;
(23) Interior decorator;
(24) Laboratory;
(25) Lapidary;
(26) Optometrist;
(27) Orthopedist;
(28) Osteopath;
(29) Pathologist;
(30) Physician;
(31) Physiotherapist;
(32) Stone cutter;
(33) Surveyor;
(34) Title company;
(35) Urologist;
(36) Veterinarian;
(37) X-ray technician;
(38) Miscellaneous professions; and
(39) Family therapy.
