§ 8.16.090 LIABILITY AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Anyone violating or failing to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction as set forth in Chapter 1.08 of the Fairfax Town Code.
   (B)   The Town Attorney may seek legal, injunctive, or other equitable relief to enforce this chapter.
   (C)   The remedies and penalties provided in this section are cumulative and not exclusive.
