624.16 MEDICAL MARIJUANA.

The cultivation, processing or retail dispensing of medical marijuana, even under a license issued under Ohio R.C. Chapter 3796, is prohibited within the Village of Evendale. The violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
