1286.03 PARTIES ENTITLED TO SEEK AMENDMENTS.

An application for an amendment may be filed by the Village Council, the Planning Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the owner of, or any person having a legal or equitable interest in, any property subject to a proposed amendment to the Zoning Map, or any person interested in a proposed amendment to the text of this Chapter 1286.
