(a) Application. Applications for conditional use permits shall be filed in accordance with the requirements of this Chapter 1276.
(b) Public Hearing. A public hearing shall be set, noticed, and conducted by the Planning Commission in accordance with requirements of Chapter 1278, Public Hearings.
(c) Action by Planning Commission. Within 60 days of receipt of Application, the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing, either granting the application for a conditional use permit; granting the application subject to conditions; or denying the application. The failure of the Planning Commission to act within 60 days, or such further time to which the applicant may agree, shall be deemed a denial of the application for a conditional use permit.
