1272.01 GENERAL ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY AND DUTY.

Upon finding the existence of any violation of this Code, the Building, Planning & Zoning Manager shall have the authority and duty to take or direct all actions necessary or appropriate to abate and redress such violation.
