1260.03 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS FOR NONRESIDENTIAL USES.

The Planning Commission may require additional landscaping to soften the appearance of building masses and reduce the impact of large paved areas of any nonresidential property in any zoning district where those building masses or large paved areas are visible from adjacent roads or properties.
