(a) Persons who may be charged with a violation of this chapter include property owners, operators, rental agents, tenants, lessees, sublessees, and any other person using the structure or part thereof where the violation has been committed.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which any rental activities are conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
(c) Any violation or activities that would, if successful, constitute a violation of this set forth above, may be enjoined in a court of civil jurisdiction as well as any other action available as a matter of law.
