885.03   SHORT-TERM RENTALS DEFINED.
   (a)   If the owner or lessee of a residential structure or part thereof leases or rents to more than four different persons within any 365-day period, these uses of the residence shall be considered “short-term rentals”.
   (b)   If the owner or lessee of a residential structure or part thereof leases or rents the residential structure or part thereof for any period that is 30 or fewer calendar days in length, such lease or rent shall be considered a “short-term rental”.
   (c)   “Owner or Lessee” shall be interpreted to include sublessees, assignees, operators, agents, and any other person who rents or leases a particular residential structure or a part thereof.
   (d)   Leases and rentals shall be interpreted to include the sublease or assignment of any residential structure or part thereof.
