(a) Tickets for teen dance events must be purchased no later than 24 hours before the event and the number of tickets sold shall be reported to the Police Office no later than 23 hours before the start of the event. No one may be admitted to a teen dance event without a pre-purchased ticket.
(b) No re-admission of any person who leaves the teen dance event shall be allowed.
(c) Parents and/or guardians and police officers and Fire Department personnel shall be allowed to enter the dance event during all hours of operation.
(d) Parents and/or guardians and police officers shall not be subject to payment of any admission fee.
