881.07 REVIEW OF PERMIT DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.

An applicant or permittee may seek review within 30 days of the denial of an application, suspension or revocation of a permit before the Council. If an applicant properly appeals to the Council, the denial will continue during the pendency of the appeal.
