In addition to the applicable provisions of the Ohio Fire Code, the following restrictions apply to the transportation or parking of vehicles carrying hazardous materials in the Village:
(a) Vehicles transporting hazardous materials or dangerous articles, shall travel on State and interstate highways, and avoid all congested commercial, residential and otherwise heavily populated areas.
(b) Vehicle parking in commercial and residential areas is prohibited at all times for vehicles displaying placards and/or carrying hazardous materials or dangerous cargo.
