Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or failing to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and punishable as provided for in Chapter 698 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Evendale. Any repeated offense shall constitute a fourth-degree misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment as provided in Chapter 698 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Evendale. Each day that a violation continues, after a service of notices provided for in this Code, shall be deemed a repeated offense.
