Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code or this chapter or failing to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and punishable as provided for in Chapter 698 of these Codified Ordinances. Any repeated offense shall constitute a fourth degree misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment as provided in Chapter 698 of these Codified Ordinances. Each day that a violation continues, after a service of notices provided for in this Code, shall be deemed a repeated offense.
