The Village of Evendale, Ohio, hereby adopts for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, that certain Code known as the Ohio Fire Code (herein the “Fire Prevention Code”) save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended, of which code not less than three copies are now filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Village of Evendale, Ohio and are available to the public at cost. The Ohio Fire Code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions hereof shall be controlling within the limits of the Village of Evendale, Ohio.
