1480.13  EMERGENCIES.
   Whenever the Building Commissioner finds that an emergency exists which requires immediate action to protect the public health, he may, without notice or hearing, issue an order reciting the existence of such an emergency and requiring that such action be taken as he deems necessary to meet the emergency. Such action may include the tearing down or razing of a dwelling by the Village. with the costs thereof to be certified by the Clerk to the County Auditor to be placed upon the tax duplicate for collection as all real estate taxes are collected and thereby reimbursed to the Village.
