1480.01 PURPOSE AND APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the protection of the health, welfare and safety of the community and shall be in addition to the other provisions of this Building and Housing Code and other ordinances of the Village.

This chapter shall apply to new dwellings to be erected, dwellings to be altered, buildings which are not dwellings being converted into dwellings and to dwellings moved from one lot to another.
