1222.07  LOTS.
   (a)   All side lines of lots shall be at right angles to straight street lines, or radial to curved street lines, unless a variation to this rule will give a better street and lot plan. Lots with double frontage should be avoided.
   (b)   No lot that is to be used for residential purposes shall contain an area less than required by the Zoning Code.
   (c)   Corner lots shall have extra width sufficient to permit the establishment of front building lines on both the front and the side of the lots adjoining the streets.
   (d)   Lots on all street intersections shall have a minimum radius of twenty feet at the street corner.
   (e)   All proposed lots in the subdivision of a previously plotted lot or lots shall have a minimum frontage where the lot adjoins a public right-of-way of the greater of the minimum lot width as provided in the Zoning Code; or, the minimum frontage of lots adjoining public rights-of-way in the subdivision in which the original lots to be subdivided, were subdivided.
