1052.01 GENERAL.

The design and construction of stormwater facilities in the Village of Evendale is under the jurisdiction of the Mayor, Planning Commission, and Village Engineer. Specific design criteria shall be as required by the Rules and Regulations of the Hamilton County Sanitary Engineering Department for Storm Drainage unless specifically superseded herein.
