(a) Roadway surfacing, including curbs in the "A" Dwelling District, as the same is established in the Zoning Code shall be at least twenty-six feet wide and otherwise as provided in the Subdivision Regulations, and in all other Zoning Districts thirty-six feet wide.
(b) Roadway surfacing in the "A" Dwelling District and "B" Commercial District, as the same are established in the Zoning Code, shall be of either concrete seven inches thick or two five-inch courses of a water-bound macadam base (see Section 303 of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications, the January 1, 1977, edition) plus a two-inch plant-mix asphaltic concrete compacted wearing surface, and in all other Zoning Districts eight-inch reinforced concrete.
