1022.03 GRADING, DRAINING AND SURFACING REQUIRED.

All streets shall be graded and provided with adequate drainage and drainage structures and the roadway improved by surfacIng, includIng integral curbing. All grading, drainage and surfacIng shall be done under the supervision of the Village Engineer and shall be subject to his approval. Unless otherwise provided, the work shall conform to Hamilton County Building Code material and construction specifications.
