870.05 TAXICAB STANDS REQUIRED.

No license shall be issued for the operation of a taxicab unless the applicant has a taxicab stand within the boundaries of the "B" Commercial District, as the same is established in the Zoning Code, or the applicant has a taxicab stand in another municipality or township.
