870.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.

(a) No owner or operator of a taxicab shall receive a passenger within the Village, unless a license for the operation of such taxicab has been obtained from the Mayor.

(Ord. 26-61. Passed 8-3-61.)

(b) No license for the operation of a taxicab is required if such taxicab is licensed by another municipality in Hamilton County.
