850.18 ORGANIZATIONAL LIABILITY.

An organization may be prosecuted and held liable for the criminal penalties contained in Section 850.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Evendale for any violation of this chapter committed by an officer, agent or employee of the organization acting in its behalf and within the scope of his or her office or employment.
