(a) No commercial business; its owners, officers, agents, or employees with knowledge of its character, shall permit the display of any material or publication which is obscene or harmful to juveniles without providing appropriate barriers to prevent juveniles from having physical access to said materials or publications harmful to juveniles.
(b) It is further reflected that division (a) of this section shall in no way be considered to authorize any act by a commercial business, its owners, officers, agents, or employees which is otherwise forbidden by any other section of this Code of Ordinances of the Village of Evendale or the Statutes of the State of Ohio.
(c) For the purpose of this ordinance the presumptions as set forth in Section 666.14 shall be applicable to this section of the code.
(d) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of failing to prevent access of materials or publications harmful to juveniles, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
