(a) Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., no person shall operate or use any power-driven construction equipment or other apparatus or tools, which make loud or unusual noise, except by special permit from the Building Commissioner.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
