642.25 POSSESSION OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE VILLAGE.

No person, without being duly authorized, shall have in his control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the Village.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
