(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain, harbor or have in his or her possession or under his or her control within the Village any poisonous reptile.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain, harbor or have in his or her possession or under his or her control within the Village any carnivorous or omnivorous animal, excluding domestic dogs, weighing in excess of 40 pounds.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Penalties shall be as provided in Chapter 698.
