618.15 ATTACK DOGS.

(a) No person shall use specially trained or attack dogs for protection of premises without notifying the Fire Department and Police Department in writing and providing a suitable sign on the premises.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
