612.09 GIVING AWAY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

(a) No holder of a permit required by Section 612.05 shall give away any beer or intoxicating liquor of any kind at any time in connection with the permit holder's business.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
