The following regulations of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, adopted on January 28, 1972, and effective February 15, 1972, are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as if fully rewritten therein:
(a) Regulations 3745-15-01 through 3745-15-09-General Provisions on Air Pollution Controls;
(b) Regulations 3745-17-01 through 3745-17-13-Particulate Matter and Sulfur Oxide Standards;
(c) Regulations 3745-21-01 through 3745-21-08, 3745-23-05 and 3745-23-06-Carbon Monoxide, Photochemically Reactive Materials, Hydrocarbons, and Related Materials Standards; Classification of Regions; and control of Nitrogen Oxides Emissions from Stationary Sources;
(d) Regulations 3745-31-01 through 3745-31-08, and 3745-35-01 through 3745-35-05-Permit to Install New Sources of Pollution, and Air Permits to Operate and Variances; and
(e) Regulations 3745-25-01 through 3745-25-04-Emergency Episode Standards.
