606.28  REFUSAL TO IDENTIFY SELF.
   (a)   No person shall purposely refuse to identify himself to any duly authorized law enforcement officer.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
