(a) The Village of Evendale agrees to operate and maintain the bikeways along State Route 42 (Reading Road) and State Route 126 (Glendale Milford Road) in the Village of Evendale as set forth in the purpose section of Ord. 76-83 if the federal government shall construct the above mentioned bikeways from federal highway improvement funds.
(b) The Mayor of the Village is authorized to sign any and all applications or documents for the application of funds and the construction of the above mentioned bikeways on behalf of the Village and in addition to bind the Village of Evendale to the operation and maintenance of the bikeways after they have been constructed.
(c) The Village of Evendale agrees to pay for the engineering costs of the bikeway project located within the Village.
